When booking a video consultation appointment with any physician, the most important things to check are whether your personal information is kept secure and whether the consultation has a legal basis. Conducting these consultations on public platforms such as WhatsApp, Zoom or Instagram is prohibited under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and also puts your personal data at risk.
We provide video consultations in a completely secure way through our e-Nabız-compatible software approved by the Ministry of Health. In addition, without asking you for any special user information or password, we can access all the imaging and tests you have previously had at other healthcare institutions, so that we can offer a more detailed evaluation for you as our patient. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law, we access your information only after obtaining your approval by SMS. The entire procedure is approved by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Türkiye and is fully legal. For payments made online, we also issue the invoice online.
